Sharing the passion of art!
I am delighted to have found the Drawing Academy course – I have always had a strong interest in art but have not been able to take up any formal training.
Thanks to this course I improved my drawing skills and learned about the fundamentals of drawing, which has been extremely insightful. This course provides extensive range of educational materials including video lessons, book, art albums, and above all personal support by the Academy tutors. Just starting
Since retiring I have been looking for some new things to try. Art & drawing has been on the list.
Initially, I watched some drawing video lessons from one teaching company, which was OK. However, I found the Drawing Academy course much better. Watching someone actually drawing was very helpful. This made me to pick up a pencil and start drawing. I didn’t have any prior drawing experience, apart of doodling in a kindergarten.

Here is a painting recently done of my wife while she sat outdoors. The original drawing was done from life but I had to complete the painting from a reference photo that I took. (She was way too impatient to pose for a painting for as long as it takes me.)
