Heaven awaits
I am 85 years young, a self taught artist largely. I like drawing faces. And I am presently enthralled with the color theory lessons of the Old Masters course and eager to apply. What a unique find!

I’m a 38 old artist from St. Louis Missouri. I have been an artist since I can remember as a child. Recently I lost two of my 6-foot pieces of art in the floods that came in Arkansas, and I am trying to rebuild my art.
Art is all my life, the challenge is to express my feelings with high level of quality drawing. I want to learn old drawing and paintings techniques.
Hi, I’m an artist, owner of an art studio where I teach arts and crafts, drawing and painting. I teach children and adults, and I really love my work.
I would love to be a something art related like a graphic designer or architect in the future. I’ve been drawing for almost all of my life and the love I have for art is unconditional and exciting. Loving the community and everything they bring to the table I would like to be apart of it.
I picked up my first pencil to draw six years ago, in my late 50s. Before that I never had the confidence to try any art or be creative. Luckily time and opportunity had come into my life to allow me to take my first timid steps.
After many challenges in my life, I can dedicate all my time to art. I sketch daily and also work in other mediums. Art is my salvation from the past.
I grew up with art – my parents were artists. As a kid, I was always more interested in science, though. I started college majoring in science, and then I ended up in humanities, where I found a renewed love for art through art history and visual communications.
I feel like I’ve always had artistic skills, and so I may have taken them for granted – even neglected them.
I love drawing and find it relaxing.
Art is more a side hobby unfortunately because of my job.
My biggest challenge in art would be drawing people and confidence in my skill, I don’t like showing it.
I would love to learn to better whatever talent I have, if you can do something then you should straighten that skill and use it.
I am a retired charity CEO who’s main hobbies are art and travelling. I love animals so I travel around the world, housesitting for other people and looking after their pets. I decided long ago that I would master watercolours before moving on to other mediums – I’m still with watercolours!
I love art! I’ve been painting for twenty years, I’ve been self-taught, but it brings me joy.
