Hi! my name is Harsh Vardhan. I am a young man who aspire to become a skilled artist. This artwork is my rendition of of Jupiter and Thetis 16.5×23.4 after Jean Auguste Dominique Ingres in Pencil.

When I first saw the original painting by the artist I knew right then and there that I have to make a copy or a rendition of this painting. I copied the pose and expressions from The original artwork while I recreated their faces to be creative. To draw the figures the tried to used all knowledge I gained from Drawing Art Academy’s short extracts of their drawing lessons on Youtube.

I randomly found Drawing Art Academy’s Youtube channel since then my perspective, philosophy and techniques towards Art have completely changed. People should vote for so I can win the course and learn more classical techniques to become a skilled artist.
