My name is Saurabh Kamble. I have been drawing since I was a child. Until 7th grade, other than a weekly drawing class at school, I haven’t had a formal drawing education.
For a long time I haven’t been able to draw much because of work. Lately I have been trying to learn the basics of drawing from youtube videos. I have made it a habit of drawing almost daily even if its just for 5-10 minutes because it takes away any stress that I have.
I like to draw portraits but one of the major challenges that I face is that I can see that there is something not right in my drawings but I cannot figure out exactly what. I watched the “How to self assess your drawing skills” video and that would put me at level 0. This does not bother me because I understand that in order to improve I need to accept where I am at.
I have watched numerous videos from Drawing Academy on youtube and they have really explained things in a very easy to understand way.
The reason why I think people should vote for me is because I think I am missing essential drawing education which I could learn from Drawing Academy teachers.
