It is time to get serious

Hi to all!

Well, I have had passion for art over my 20 years of living, I even had a small exhibition of paintings at the age of 6 which made me really proud (My parents are very supportive).

At the moment I have some duties that won’t allow me to spend my time improving my art skills, technique etc as much as i want to, but I am sure that the Drawing Academy course can grant exactly that to anyone who is ready to get more serious about their ART.

Most wanted

I am physically disabled after a long career in nuclear sciences. Art has been my lifeline to feel productive, give meaning to my life, and provide social connections (fellow artists are super friends!).

Rainy Day

I’m an inspiring artist. I have always love doodling and looking out to the clouds and see shapes of clouds. And every time I take a photo of something from the many places I travel around the world I try to either draw it or paint it.

My challenges is making an artwork to look realistic. I would like to learn how to draw with details and paint with amazing lighting.

I have been following Drawing Academy for a while. The techniques I have seen on winners’ drawings and paintings display uniqueness and that is what I am wanting to draw what I see, without copying another’s art.

Aaron’s case for the art competition

Hi,

My name is Aaron. Art is an all day activity for me not only when I’m painting or drawings but also observing things in nature.

My main challenges in art is learning the basics because I was never taught them before. I want to continue to learn how to draw portraits and paint then in oil.

I think the Drawing Academy course is great because it is easy to follow and progress. I want to win the Drawing Academy because I wish to become a better artist.

Endearing sweetness

I had given up my drawing in the middle years of my life due to non availability of time and motivation. Recently my son asked me when was I the most happiest in my life and on introspection I realized that it was after a good session of drawing. It filled me with wonder and satisfaction. One has to concentrate on the work at hand and that keeps random thoughts away.

Art is proving to be invaluable in my life. Naturally I would like to get better at my work and on seeing the results in the Drawing Academy, I would like to win the course.

well, I’m an Israeli girl that has passion for art over my 20 years of living.

My parents are very supportive- I even had a small exhibition of paintings at the age of 6 which made me really proud.

But now- It’s time to get serious.

I want to spare my time improving my art skills and think that the Drawing academy course can give exactly that.

My name is Abdulrhman Mohammed Alfatih and I’m from Sudan. I study in Nile Valley University, Faculty of Engineering and Technology. My topic of study is civil engineering. I love drawing very very much; It is my favorite hobby. I do my artworks in my bedroom and hall, and at any place in my home, on a bed or on the floor, or on a chair.

I have two challenges with my artwork and I hope you will help me to solve them. One of the challenges is to adjust the ratios between various parts and second is the coloring my artworks. I want to learn more about ratios and coloring and I want to find out how to do big artworks like in painting galleries.

Do You Believe in New Beginnings?

I was 9 when I first started painting with my grandmother. She was quite a talented landscape artist, showing her in work in several studios. I looked forward to every summer when I would spend a week with her learning to paint, sew and bake. I had developed that yearning to paint, and paint better, as I continued to paint in my spare time over the next fifty years during my careers as a nurse and a mental health therapist.I even taught my children how to paint and they continue to paint today.

Sharing Vulnerability

I have worked in various professions since leaving school but only recently made the decision to return to being a creative in the visual arts field.

Art comes in many forms and encompasses varied tastes but for me it’s all about colour. Home decor can set a mood depending on the colour choices but wall art truly expresses a personality and invokes particular feelings. I’m drawn to pieces that capture a moment, an emotion, or a dream, and I aspire to inspire feelings with my artwork.
