“Ana -The sadness of a Myth”

Hi,

My name is Felicia. This year I graduated from Art school in Sibiu. The passion for art I have since childhood, but until 3 years ago I don’t have opportunity to develop it. After my boy left for college, I decided to take care of my passion and do something about it. That’s why I enrolled at Art school in Sibiu. I started with drawing, then for 3 years I started to paint. After my family, art is the most important thing in my life.

I really like to do portraits and I’ve won a lot of competitions in the school.

I’d like to learn to paint in the style of the old masters.Most of my paintings are made with oil.

I found out about the Drawing Academy from the Painting youtube channel. I watch many videos and I decided that’s what I need to move on.I want to learn better the human anatomy and the techniques of the old masters.

I’d like to win this course because I know that here I can learn what I need from the future.

I leave it to the people’s choice if I deserve to vote for me, after they looking at my painting.

This painting name is ” Ana- the Sadness of a Myth”and was inspired by the legend of the master Manole. In an oil painting on canvas, size 50×60.

My city is a beautiful mountain town with a lot of history and traditions, this what I want to show through my art.
