Sharmila’s Art
I am an artist, forever in a quest to learn more from others, discover more of what I can do myself and share further what I know. I believe that artists great or small were never made by their own learning alone, but a cumulative effect of interacting with fellow artists and their own take on things that they discovered in the wondrous world around them.
I do not limit my art to any one medium or subject. From painting with Acrylics or Oil colors, rendering an artwork with colour pencils, charcoal or mixed media, or upcycling objects and recycling materials- everything captivates me!
Art has always put the spark in all phases of my life. I try to pass on the spark by mentoring keen learners in art/painting.
I embrace challenges in art by stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something new each time.
I want to learn to be fearless in art, with the free-flow mind of a child.
I find the Drawing Academy as a source of great drawing lessons and I could benefit via learning from the website it, by winning the course.
I feel my art should be voted for, as it has been painted without presumption, and from the heart.
