Hi I am 40 a mother of four children, one boy and three girls. When I left school I headed to art college and it was amazing, being creative and drawing is in my soul from an early age I could draw brilliantly, but due to my parents splitting up I left my dream courses, I didn’t handle well at all, this has been the biggest regret in my life.
My daughter is showing great promise and it’s been great sharing that interest with her, she has a lot of health issues so it’s been a way for us to take a break from hospital visits.
My biggest challenge right now with being able to do what I love is my own health issues, I have developed arthritis in my back neck wrists and hands which cause me a lot of pain, but I refuse to let it stop me doing what I love.
I want to learn new techniques, brush upon my techniques and feel that joy again.
I think Drawing Academy is a great idea it brings classes to people in their own homes. I want to win as due to being on disability benefits I can’t afford to pay myself so this would mean everything.
You should vote for me if you want to make a dream come true to someone who has wants to create before an illness makes it impossible.
