I was born in Romania, moved to Russia and then to America as a child.
I was always fascinated by the different world cultures and people who lived them, so people became my subject of art at a young age.
I paint people in everyday settings in oil on canvas. I do some landscape and seascapes, but painting people is my true desire.
Why I need to win…
Art was not my mainstay however, it is a hobby I truly enjoyed.
Recently I was diagnosed with a debilitating illness and am unable to walk or do anything else, so painting is my complete focus and goal now.
I can not afford tuition to an art school and becoming better at painting is a must.
I thank everyone for their support.
