Hi, everyone. My name is Talaya Lightbourne. I’m a 21 year old student pursuing my dream to become an artist.
At age 11, I discovered that art was my passion and creative outlet, from middle school to high school I have taken all art classes. However, when I graduated high school due to finances i had to go to a college not of my choosing and the majors were limited, in the end I stuck with a major that didn’t align with my true path in life which is art. Now, I am starting over again to get back into my artistry and to become the artist I was born to be.
I love Drawing Academy because you can learn so many different techniques and skills. Also, I like it because you can take classes from the comfort of your own home.
I want to win the Drawing Academy Course, because I want to get back into my craft that I let go so many years ago. Now, I have taken a semester off.
I think people should vote for me because becoming an artist is my birth right. Art is my passion and I want to learn more creative, different techniques to better my artistry.
