Hello People,

Marko Djokov - Charcoal and pastel drawing

My name is Marko. I am from Montenegro.

I started drawing when I was very young, and also I learnt two alphabets( Latin and Cyrillic ) when I was 2. When I was 5 I did realistic portraits.

All my life art was my love, my passion, and more than that. But, unfortunately, none supported me to continue improving my art knowledge and making art. My friends, my neighbors, my professors, even my parents and family were against my desire and plans to study in the Academy of Fine Arts. They told me that I should study maths and physics at electrical engineering faculty, because sciences offers me more opportunities, and safer life. And I didn’t have any choice. I left drawing and painting, and I enrolled in High school. Also, I graduated from the Faculty of Electrical engineering. So, I haven’t drawn for 13 years. And all of a sudden, I saw street artist drawing, and I said to myself: ‘Marko, you should start painting!!!!’

At the beginning art was my hobby. Now art is my love, my passion, my happiness, my profession… my life!

Now I am 29, and I am a second year student of the Faculty of Fine Arts, in Montenegro.

NEVER TOO LATE! WE SHOULD BELIEVE IN OUR DREAMS!

Drawing Academy offers rare opportunity to learn many different drawing techniques, tips and tricks, which we couldn’t learn at the official national academies of Fine Arts. It is priceless for any artist.

That would be all I really need!!! The best and the most useful for me. I want to improve my skills, and learn the old masters level. I think, this course would be my best support!!!
