Regarding anatomy, there are a few things you can double check and keep in mind when creating your next piece of art from real life.
Check the distance between two levels – the pit of the neck and the 7th vertebra, which is at about chin level. This distance is about two vertebrae. In your artwork, it is almost twice as long.
Here’s how you do it: Draw a tilted line from the pit of the neck to the 7th vertebra. It will be slightly tilted, but not at 45 degrees.
The distance from the chin to the pit of the neck is about 1/3 of the face. In your artwork, it is 1/2. Male models usually have a shorter distance than female models.
Also, you must pay attention to symmetry. Try drawing the central line of the face from the middle-top of the forehead to the bottom of the chin. You will find that the nose is slightly off that line; it is not in the middle of the face but shifted to the right a bit.
The mouth is in the full-face view while the portrait is in three-quarters.
The ear is a bit small. Its lower edge should be at the level of the base of the nose.
All those things are insignificant and do not spoil the overall look of your painting.
It is a very good piece of art. I like it a lot.
