My name is Dipto Dev Nath From Bangladesh, and art has always been more than just a hobby — it’s a core part of how I express and understand the world. Since I was young, I’ve been drawn to creating. Whether it’s sketching from life, experimenting with styles, or just letting my imagination take over, art is where I find both peace and purpose.
Art plays a significant role in my life. It’s not only a way to channel emotions but also a tool for storytelling and reflection. It challenges me to observe more deeply and express more honestly. It’s through art that I connect with myself and others on a deeper level.
However, the journey hasn’t been easy. One of the biggest challenges I face is self-doubt—feeling like I’m never “good enough” or unsure of where I stand as an artist. I’ve struggled with developing consistent skills, especially in anatomy, perspective, and traditional techniques. I often feel stuck between inspiration and execution.
What I want most is to learn the academic foundations of drawing—how to truly understand form, light, proportion, and classical techniques that give an artwork life and structure. I believe that by mastering these fundamentals, I can grow beyond my current limits and express my ideas with more confidence and clarity.
