There are countless ways to stand out.

I won’t mention those that involve external PR agencies and art managers who offer help at a price. I also will not talk about very expensive means of self-promotion.

When it comes to “standing out,” you need to come up with a written artist’s statement that lays out your life vision, purpose, and mission. These need to come from your heart. You need to have something you stand for, and your art has to support it.

If you have a strong message, people will listen.
