A New Day
Prior to taking the Drawing Academy course I considered myself a fairly decent artist. I worked with both graphite and charcoal, as well as some oil painting and watercolour. I enrolled because I want to keep learning, I want to be better than I was yesterday.
I learned many new techniques during the course, as well as being exposed to things I never knew, such as silverpoint. I had never done an ink drawing and now I can’t wait to try.
Vladimir and Natalie are excellent teachers and I enjoyed every lesson. After I finished a new drawing, using new techniques, I looked at some of my older drawings and could pick out all the things I wanted to change. So wonderful when we forge ahead of yesterday.

I highly recommend the Drawing Academy course to anyone. It gives great insight into art, techniques to apply to all mediums and levels of experience.
