Drawing by Sandhya
I happened to watch your video on why drawing from a photo is treacherous and was quite impressed with it. This led me into this drawing course and now I am a very happy and keen learner. Thank you for such a wonderful course!
I am submitting one of my works for your valuable feedback. Although I have to admit that I have committed the sin of drawing from a photograph…
I often don’t find the courage to draw from real life because of the time I take to render it. In fact I stretch into days to complete any work, is this normal?
How do I speed up the process?
I also used only HB pencil to draw and found that I was making hard marks to obtain dark tones. Then I had to switch to 5B pencil to achieve it. As a student how many different pencils should I ideally use?
