Mother in the Digital Age

I am 82 years old and have been drawing or painting for as long as I can remember. I am largely self taught through books videos and art groups. Art has always been a hobby for me, even more so now since I am retired. I enjoy gifting my paintings to my friends and family. I am a volunteer facilitator of a senior’s art group at a community center.

My challenges at this point in my life is coming up with new ideas for subjects of my paintings and refining my techniques.

I want to improve my portraiture skills.

The Drawing Academy offers many different ways to learn techniques.

I want to win the Drawing Academy Course in order to improve my skills.

I hope that people would want me to improve my skills for my own satisfaction and for theirs.
