Hi Vladimir and Natalie,

Please see my drawing of a horse. I am not sure how to know when my drawing is finished. What could you suggest to complete this drawing? Also, could you also talk about the background, which was just grass?
Thanks

Hi Bonnie,

Many thanks for your artwork.

We like your drawing of a horse, well done.

Regarding your question, it is better to stop working on an artwork just before it is finished rather than over-work it.

An artist’s intent is to convey some story or thought in a picture, so there is no right or wrong answer when the artwork is finished. It is complete when an artist thinks so.

Once again, thank you for your wonderful drawing.

Please let us know if you have any questions, and we will be happy to help.
