My Art
I am an art teacher K-8 in a small rural school in Missouri. Art is very important in my life as an educator and personally. I am trying at present to illustrate a book for my sister and time is the biggest challenge, trying to fit in work and life and still have time to draw and experiment with art activities. I want to learn how to improve my art work. I would love to take classes at the Drawing Academy if I could afford it.
Winning would allow me to learn more in the area of art. I am not sure I have any better reasons than anyone else for being picked, but it would be wonderful if I was chosen.
