I am Sarah. I love art and see it as a language and a means of understanding and representing the world and conveying ideas; I believe it helps us to view the world through the relationships between forms, proportions and beauty.
I find it challenging to draw faces and features from different angles, to get the proportions right, and to draw classical buildings with the correct proportions.
I’d like to learn how to draw portraits and architectural sketches, and to create decorative motifs.

I want to win because I want to learn to draw in the classical style and I’m striving to understand the logic behind form, not merely to imitate it. I find joy in mastery, because every step forward in my skill gives me a greater ability to see the world and represent it accurately. I aspire for art to become a tool that enables me to transform my ideas into visual images.
