It is actually other way around: a style finds you, not by you searching for one.
Of course you have to draw a lot, so study drawing and experiment with different styles. Eventually, you will get the one you are comfortable with and that feels natural to you.
Creative style can evolve as you continue perfecting your drawing skills.
The basic drawing techniques are the foundation of drawing skills. Without them, you have no chance of becoming a proficient fine artist who can draw realistically whatever you see, think or imagine.
