My name is Arfasa Solomon and I am from Ethiopia.

I’m 19 years old and draw from childhood. I am so passionate about art because I won’t be able to express my ideas verbally. Art is the only thing that makes it better. I need to win this competition because I spent all my life wishing one day I can make my friends and my families proud.

Despite nobody believes in me and that I can make a change in my country.

If i don’t win this competition I will be grateful anyway that Drawing Academy helped me to participate. I still believe art is the most fundamental thing and it means a lot to me.
