Art has been an integral part of my life, an ever-present companion shaping my identity. From an early age, I found solace in the strokes of a paintbrush and the dance of colors on a canvas. Expressing myself on the canvas of home walls marks the beginning of a lifelong journey with art. I am an architect, currently working as an art director in movie productions. My architectural background adds a unique dimension to my work. But I had always felt that vacuum of not being able to create art from imagination apart from spatial designing. And never got an opportunity to learn art the right way.

Self-doubt and pursuit of perfection cast shadows over the creative process. And the lack of good guidance adds to it. The challenges to learning art skills serve as stepping stones, propelling me towards continuous learning, growth, and improvement. I never got an opportunity to hear a critique from skilled artists for my artwork. I would want to refine my skills under the guidance of seasoned mentors. And the prospect of being part of a community that values artistic growth is inspiring. I see Drawing Academy as a fertile ground for artistic evolution.

Winning this course would mean a lot to me. It would help me get better at art, learn more about visual storytelling, and get advice from experts. The Drawing Academy could help me reach my full potential as an artist. It would be a big step forward for me.
