This painting is from a toy I have since I was a child, something emotionally and strongly linked to myself. After years, this toy have become a character, subject of stories, musics and admired by people who know him.
I’m from Recife – Brazil. I love all kinds of arts. Since childhood, I had painting classes, theater, singing, dancing, but never drawing. It was until I took one subject for a Bachelor of Design Course.
For me, art is all I want to work on and fulfill my life. Recently, I’ve been trying to paint and draw more because I have found out how much I love it and want to do it every day of my life. Quite often I get frustrated because of missing knowledge of certain techniques and such basic drawing concepts as human body proportions.
That is why I went on internet looking for some drawing video tutorials about concepts, techniques, geometry, perspective and most important, how to draw figures with perfection.
I found Drawing Academy on YouTube, and realized that this course has exactly what I need to learn. I want so much to begin it now and develop my drawing skills.
