You raise me up
For nine years since the passing of my dear beloved husband, I have suffered depression. That is until someone introduced me to art. At first, I took it as a source of comfort. Gradually, I found out the beauty of the world in a new way through a new medium.
I feel sensitive to my surroundings, and I am dedicated to improving my art world day by day. I feel joy, pain and every emotion in between throughout my work that fuels my creative drive.
Before art, I sometimes battled resistance and lived on the edge of joy and depression, which caused me to feel a difficulty in believing and expressing myself. Since I embraced art, I realised that money, career and material things are not all that important. Yes, they are necessary to sustain life, but art, beauty and love – these are what we stay alive for.
From time to time, I believe I can create something beautiful in my work. My biggest challenges are a lack of time, resources, and inspiration. To achieve this, I need to meet people that can not only encourage my artistic development, but also provide positive criticisms by fellow art lovers worldwide, whether online or in person.

My dedication is not only to make aesthetic works, but also to speak to the heart and soul of the viewers. That is my purpose, my aim, and, dare I say, that is my dream.
