I want to draw people in my Oil painting
Hi,
My name is Simona Tiron and I want to learn how to draw people in my Oil painting.
For 20 years I worked and I made a career in economic and financial field in Romania. Six years ago my life was changed totally because I decided to dedicate entirely to my hobby which is philosophy, psychology and anthropology.
As a teacher of philosophy, I lived almost 5 years in Moscow where I discovered oil painting. Later, I went in the oil painting school and took 6 classes, during which I made 5 paintings, but had to move to another country due to my profession. I can say that I fall in love with oil painting. I continued to learn painting from the Internet with extraordinary Russian teachers and I copied paintings that I liked. I understood that by copying other painters I train my hand to listen my mind. Now I am living in Mexico, continuing to teach philosophy and to paint.
I consider that art was invented to bring beauty in this world and our life and to help us to connect with our inner worlds, with our soul. When I am speaking about art I am referring to the art of beauty; the objective art – the art that can transmit a message by itself, the message that puts you to reflect; an art that makes you, even it is for a few seconds, to stop thinking, to be present here and now.
I started to paint two years ago as a hobby and a necessity for myself and one friend of mine told me that there are no people, no life, in my painting. They are not because I didn’t train my hand to do it, I never had time…
I want to win the Drawing Academy course because I want to show the beauty of the human being. There is life in the nature but in the human being is everything.
People should vote me because I can make a difference…
